Fitness Class Schedule

Yoga
Tennis Addiction has a wonderful, nurturing, trained yoga staff.  Classes vary in style depending on the instructor, but mindfulness, alignment, safety, and as needed individual attention are always constant.

Pilates Barre Fusion 
This unique Pilates Barre Fusion class is designed to streamline the body while increasing flexibility, balance and strength. This class may include both standing and mat Pilates along with bands, ball & light weights as well as some core yoga practice and Barre.  It is a full body workout that incorporates resistance & strength moves for upper & lower body, using small isolated movement, as well as balance, & targeted core exercise, using Pilates principles. Plan to feel the burn & sweat!

Strength Strong
What better way than slow and steady? Find your focus and form with this controlled strength class. The focus here is on low reps with moderate to heavier weight than you think you can handle. Don’t worry our expert trainers will be there to spot you 100% of the way!

Conditioning
Get ready for this Anaerobic/Aerobic combo: combine short bursts of high intensity sprinting, jumping, fighting with low intensity continuous work. You are sure to feel the burn in this class.

Body Weight: Functional Training
Ever want to tryout for Ninja Warrior? Give this traditional obstacle calisthenics class a try. Jump, Pull, Press, Move your way from one challenge to the next. You got this!

Skills
This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, Jiu Jitsu, Mauy Thai, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. Don’t be afraid to try it…we welcome all fitness levels.

No Nonsense
You read that right… No Nonsense! Leave the cell phone behind. Bring your “A” Game. This class is all business in the gym. You will get comfortable with discomfort! Boost your mental toughness and walk out of here with nothing left. Give everything. It’s for your benefit!

HIIT  + Burn 
This high energy class is a full body workout that includes a variety of high intensity cardio intervals, plyometrics, strength training and body weight exercises. Be prepared to sweat and have fun.

Silver Sneaker Classes

SilverSneakers MSROM
This program is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants functional capabilities, physical fitness level, and sense well-being.

SilverSneakers™ Yoga Stretch  
This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Andi Beth Sutcliffe

Andi Beth Sutcliffe brings 18+ years of fitness knowledge to Tennis Addiction.  In addition to being an ACE Certified Fitness Trainer, she also holds National Certificates and  State License MSG009738 for Massage Therapist.  A Graduate of the Cortiva Institute (Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy) in 2007. It was her fitness background as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Pilates/Yoga/Tennis background that lead her to massage therapy. “We train hard and need to respect the challenges we accomplish. Respect your body, it’s an amazing machine”.

Andi has been with Tennis Addiction for 20+ years, she is the Controller, and oversees general club operations in addition to Personal Training and Massage Therapy. Andi and her husband have two children Dane and Reece. She is always up for something new and looks forward to all of the adventures fitness and wellness present.

Kristopher Hess

Kris has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2006.
He is available for group or individual training session as well as teaches Silver Sneakers, and several group fitness classes.
Kris uses multi dimensional training to improve your strength, flexibility, conditioning and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports.

Julie Wagner

Julie became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2013 after years of being motivated and inspired by Tennis Addiction’s fitness pros. She has a degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Delaware and is a special education teacher. She lives in Malvern with her husband, Kyle, and enjoys running, yoga, and warm weather.

Susan Sacchetti, RYT

BodyPump, Yoga, Pilates, SilverSneakers

Susan began teaching fitness classes 14 years ago when certified as an AFAA instructor. She has been certified in pilates and Body Pump, and is currently a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys teaching all types of classes and loves making exercise a part of peoples’ lives. Susan is the mother of 2 daughters, and she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.

We have an amazing team of Yoga Instructors at Tennis Addiction. Each instructor has a different style that will lengthen, strengthen and restore your balance as you exit the room. Our Saturday class is on a rotation so hopefully you will have a chance to meet each instructor and experience Yoga the TA way!

Weather Policy

We will follow the Downingtown Area School District Closings. If the schools are delayed due to the weather there will be no morning class, if they close early there will be no evening class, if they are closed all day no class at all. This is only in effect if it is a weather related closing or delay such as snow or ice.
