Class Descriptions

BodyBlast
A unique conditioning program targeting the whole body. This is a 60 minute blend class of cardio, plyometrics, and power pilates. You will use light weights and high repetitions to help you strengthen and shape long, lean muscles.

Bust A Burn
This is a 60 minute strength training class that uses body weight, hand weights, medicine balls and whatever else that can make us strong. The class is designed on repetitions and not timed circuits. All burn baby.

Burn at the Barre
This is a total body workout that sculpts and elongates the muscles in your core, glutes, legs, torso and arms! Each strength section is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk. This barre-based class uses light free weights and body weight …sure to make you feel the burn!

Kick Arse Conditioning
A 60-90 minute intense cardio, strength and endurance class to challenge you in every way possible. We will test your mental and physical toughness, while playing fun fast music to make you forget how hard you are working. Just be prepared to get your Arse Kicked. So bring your A Game!!!

Power Pilates
This unique Pilates class is designed to streamline the body while increasing flexibility, balance and strength. This class may include both standing and mat Pilates along with bands, ball & light weights.

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers MSROM 
This program is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants functional capabilities, physical fitness level, and sense well-being.

SilverSneakers™ Yoga Stretch
This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a full body workout that includes a variety of high intensity cardio intervals, plyometrics, strength training and body weight exercises. Be prepared to sweat and have fun.

Andi Beth Sutcliffe

Andi Beth Sutcliffe is a Nationally Certified, State License MSG009738 Massage Therapist and Graduate of the Cortiva Institute (Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy). It was her fitness background as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Pilates/Yoga/Tennis background that lead her to massage therapy. “We train hard and need to respect the challenges we accomplish. Respect your body, it’s an amazing machine”.

Andi has been with Tennis Addiction for over 20 years, she is the Controller, and oversees general club operations in addition to Personal Training and Massage Therapy. Andi and her husband have two children Dane and Reece. She is always up for something new and looks forward to all of the adventures fitness and wellness present.

Tara Wood

Tara is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills BodyPump Instructor, and a SilverSneakers Instructor. She has been with Tennis Addiction for many years working on the website and Group Fitness Program.

Tara has a passion for fitness, food and fun. She loves challenging people to their highest potential. In her free time she enjoys her family, husband John and children Cooper and Scarlett. When you see her at the Club stop and say Hi, she will.

Susan Sacchetti, RYT

BodyPump, Yoga, Pilates, SilverSneakers

Susan began teaching fitness classes 14 years ago when certified as an AFAA instructor. She has been certified in pilates and Body Pump, and is currently a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys teaching all types of classes and loves making exercise a part of peoples’ lives. Susan is the mother of 2 daughters, and she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.

Weather Policy

We will follow the Downingtown Area School District Closings. If the schools are delayed due to the weather there will be no morning class, if they close early there will be no evening class, if they are closed all day no class at all. This is only in effect if it is a weather related closing or delay such as snow or ice.
