Andi Beth Sutcliffe

Andi Beth Sutcliffe brings 18+ years of fitness knowledge to Tennis Addiction.  In addition to being an ACE Certified Fitness Trainer, she also holds National Certificates and  State License MSG009738 for Massage Therapist.  A Graduate of the Cortiva Institute (Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy) in 2007. It was her fitness background as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Pilates/Yoga/Tennis background that lead her to massage therapy. “We train hard and need to respect the challenges we accomplish. Respect your body, it’s an amazing machine”.

Andi has been with Tennis Addiction for 20+ years, she is the Controller, and oversees general club operations in addition to Personal Training and Massage Therapy. Andi and her husband have two children Dane and Reece. She is always up for something new and looks forward to all of the adventures fitness and wellness present.

Kristopher Hess

Kris has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2006.
He is available for group or individual training session as well as teaches Silver Sneakers, and several group fitness classes.
Kris uses multi dimensional training to improve your strength, flexibility, conditioning and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports.

Julie Wagner

Julie Wagner

Julie became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2013 after years of being motivated and inspired by Tennis Addiction’s fitness pros. She has a degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Delaware and is a special education teacher. She lives in Malvern with her husband, Kyle, and enjoys running, yoga, and warm weather.

Susan Sacchetti, RYT

BodyPump, Yoga, Pilates, SilverSneakers

Susan began teaching fitness classes 14 years ago when certified as an AFAA instructor. She has been certified in pilates and Body Pump, and is currently a 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys teaching all types of classes and loves making exercise a part of peoples’ lives. Susan is the mother of 2 daughters, and she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.

Lisa McBride E-RYT 200  Yoga Director/Instructor

Exploration of fitness through YOGA.  Lisa began 15 years ago as a student going to her first yoga class for stress relief. In 2012 she completed her yoga certification. She has taught well over 1000 hours and has worked with students of all ages. She is extremely passionate about the benefits, both physical and mental, that yoga can bring to our everyday life. Lisa says that Yoga has changed her life, and this is why she wants to help others explore the transforming benefits yoga has to offer.  She is trained in various types of yoga, including Stationary, Vinyasa Flow, and Gentle. Lisa provides creative, authentic classes that are open to a wide variety of levels.

A few words from Lisa:  “Together we create a community where self-acceptance, mindfulness, and the breath, take precedence over being able to touch your toes!  My degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Cabrini University and my certification in ChildLight Yoga are valuable assets to my approach in teaching Kids Yoga. I focus on the needs of the kids while offering a fun, physical, non-screen activity that they love!

As a TENNIS player, I love the strength building and stretching I get from yoga class.  Guiding my students to proper alignment throughout my classes can often help prevent injuries on the court. In addition, I definitely notice the benefits of improved focus and clarity, which helps my mental game! Jennifer Hallowell

Jen Hallowell began her dream of being a personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2014. She then became a certified yoga instructor after completing 200-Hour program (RYTT200) in April 2016. She is excited to add Gentle, Vinyasa, Chair and Restorative Yoga as additional fitness offerings, especially knowing there are so many benefits to the mind and body with a regular yoga practice.
At Tennis Addiction, Jen leads Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga Thursday mornings. Participants are led through the practice that includes carefully orchestrated movements, and well-measured stretches with range of motion exercises. Postures are cued in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and body awareness. Chair Yoga encourages individualized approach based on movement that feels right for you.

Jen hopes to share her exercise enthusiasm in a fun way and help people
live a healthier, active life!


Weather Policy

We will follow the Downingtown Area School District Closings. If the schools are delayed due to the weather there will be no morning class, if they close early there will be no evening class, if they are closed all day no class at all. This is only in effect if it is a weather related closing or delay such as snow or ice.
