A few words from Lisa: “Together we create a community where self-acceptance, mindfulness, and the breath, take precedence over being able to touch your toes! My degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Cabrini University and my certification in ChildLight Yoga are valuable assets to my approach in teaching Kids Yoga. I focus on the needs of the kids while offering a fun, physical, non-screen activity that they love!
As a TENNIS player, I love the strength building and stretching I get from yoga class. Guiding my students to proper alignment throughout my classes can often help prevent injuries on the court. In addition, I definitely notice the benefits of improved focus and clarity, which helps my mental game! I invite you to see if your game improves after yoga! Find my classes on the Fitness schedule. I also teach kids, individual, small groups, parties, and corporate yoga.”
